Family Twin Newborn Session – Montgomery County Newborn Photographer
I had the honor of photographing this wonderful family after the arrival of their twin boy and girl. They were already a fantastic family of five, but with the two new additions, I could see that their family love just multiplied. They were very focused on getting lots of family photos, so I was happy to oblige. The whole family was so cute. Just look at the huge smiles on the big brothers and sister’s faces as they posed with their new siblings. They were so excited and proud to be holding them and I could tell they were going to be fantastic older siblings to these adorable little babies. I wanted to get a group pose of all the children, then we did separate shots of just the girls and just the boys.
Once I got cute shots of the kids, I asked the parents to join in on the fun. How beautiful does the Mom look posed with her two gorgeous daughters! I loved putting them all in white against the dark backdrop. Next up was all the men in the family, looking so handsome in blue. Then we got a perfect family pose of this family of seven. They were such a loving family and I was so happy I was able to take these photos for them that they will cherish forever.
Two Little Loves
After the family poses, I wanted to get some poses of the newborns. I loved them in these knitted cream wraps with adorable matching kit pom pom hats from Joie De Knits! Their little round cheeks while they slept are almost too much. They were too cute snuggled up together in my antique wooden crate and tucked under the white blanket. Love their little arms wrapped around each other. Check out my other Twin Blogs, to see more ways I pose twin newborns.
The blue set-up is one of my favorites from this session. I just adore how cute he looks all wrapped in blue, sleeping with his sister cuddled up next to him wearing a lace top from Mia Joy. The outfit is one from my extensive newborn clothes and prop collection I have at my studio. Check out my Pinterest page to see the different outfits I have available. I have many items from Pooks & LuLu and Lace & WildFlower.
Pinkalicious and Little Boy Blue
Although I love posing twins together, I like to get individual shots to show off their personalities. We decided to go pink and girly for baby girl. I just loved her sleeping in this little, white bed. Adding the different pink blankets brings wonderful texture to the photos. She also looks beautiful sleeping peacefully on the pink blanket. The delicate, floral headband in the perfect finishing touch. Love that I even captured a little smile on her face. For posing ideas for your newborns, check out my Gallery.
Baby boy was such a handsome little man. I loved posing him in my wooden bucket from The Original Photoblocks Props with a blue fur throw from Luneberry for texture. Don’t you love how his little cheeks look in the potato sack pose? I was so honored that they chose me to be their Montgomery County Newborn Photographer to photograph these two beautiful babies.
