I love maternity photography. It gives me a chance to get to know mom, and if there are older siblings, it gives me a chance to get to know them prior to the newborn session. Developing a relationship with my newborn families is so important to me.
This little guy was the best. He was so sweet and such a ladies man. He gave me the best smiles and I just know that we are going to have such fun when his baby sister arrives. Mom was so open to all my ideas for the photo session and I loved that she picked out all her wraps during the session. It brings her personality into the session and it also gives me an idea of how the newborn session will flow. This also gives me a chance to incorporate something from the maternity session into the newborn session later on. I cannot wait to meet this beautiful baby girl and photograph her family. Oh and by the way, my fabulous mother made the gorgeous black satin gown!
