The award for best hair goes to this little lady, and I am lucky enough to be her newborn photographer. Newborn Photography is truly my first love. I am so thankful that I can capture the essence of pure innocence in the first few days of a baby’s life. Her cute hair made this Newborn Session a joy to shoot. I was simply giddy about the smile her amazing hair put on my face throughout the shoot. It truly makes me so grateful to have this career.

I mean come on! Does baby hair get any cuter than this? I don’t know how it possibly could. Her parents came in and initially apologized, saying that they had followed the prep information that I send to all my clients to make sure that the shoot goes smoothly. They said that no matter what they tried her hair would just not go down. I took one look at that adorable coif, giggled and said “Oh please don’t apologize! I am IN LOVE!” I absolutely could not get enough of it.

Choosing a Color Palette
The first thing I strive for in my work is trying to bring out the individuality of each client. Next, I try to also make sure that the photoshoot is customized just for them. One of things I find most important when customizing a shoot for clients is choosing the proper color palette that matches not just their vision for the shoot but also the existing colors in their home and nursery. Parents Joy Shining Through
Even after 7 years of being a Newborn Photographer, I still never tire of seeing the pure joy and unconditional love on new parents’ faces as they bring their babies in to be photographed.
